Walking again

I am 2 days shy of 1 month POST OP ORIF ankle surgery and am able to walk on both feet now I’m super happy to say!! Still limited in range of motion and quite a bit of swelling if I’m up for too long but this is an answered prayer! And I just know it will get better w time thankful for the advancement of technology and modern medicine. All praise to the most high ! Thank you 🙏♥️🫶🏻💗

3 weeks POST OP of ORIF ankle surgery

So I’m 3 weeks POST OP from ORIF surgery on my ankle. I still take pain medicine about twice a day. One in the early part of the day and one before bed so It can help me sleep. I have enough for about 1 month I believe I hope I don’t need it too much longer. Rn I have pains in my foot when I’m not even on it just laying down. What about you guys?? Advice ?? Hoping this won’t last much longer ☹️

I been alternating between tv and video games, reading books and even bought a paint kit… but … like how long can I keep this up??? They r saying it will probably be at least 5-6 more weeks..: like I need help !! My mental health is taking a real beating !! Please I’ll take any advice ATP! Thank you !! 🤕😓
