I got selected for a CTO teams genAI R&D project which is internal and non billable. I am a YP and at start of my career, should i accept the project or keep looking for better opportunities?

I gave my L1 assement around a month ago. After assessment my result showed Experienced with a Gold Star. Recently i checked the results again, now its showing Developing with a gold star. What should i do now?
