What are some off-class aerobic workouts suitable for long sword practitioners ranging from beginners to intermediate levels?

I’ve been participating in this sport and learning KDF for over a year now. I just started working, so I go to the club 2–3 times a week. Each session includes sparring and basic physical conditioning, but I always feel like the time I spend at the club isn’t enough, and I haven’t seen much improvement in my physique (though I know that requires a strict diet plan).

Now I’d like to add some cardio training outside of my club sessions—whether that’s using a treadmill or elliptical indoors, or going for a run outdoors. Does anyone have any recommendations?
