First gen 3 truck build stage fright

I’ve been working the last almost two-three months straight and have been planning to do this build the entire time from front to back. Stacking up parts throughout all the time I was working and bought a truck right after I got off for the summer. Got a borla muffler, long tube headers, chopocabra with the full head kit/ lifters, melling hp oil pump, injectors, aem wide and, and even bought hp tuners, just trying to give you scope on how deep into this I’ve gotten in a matter of weeks and not a damn thing is installled yet performance wise lmao.

Just been doing repairs to make it sound enough to throw parts at while I fix my sleep schedule, nothing engine-wise all suspension & brake stuff ( it’s a rust bucket I’ve been having to do some grinder intervention ) and I have to paint it & do body work.
Been doing literally nothing but studying the process of tuning with hp tuners inside and out from as found file to smoothing out SD for weeks (which I won’t be doing because I’m NA).

Really to encapsulate all of this I need someone experienced to tell me what order in which to do all of this in. Should I pull an as found file before I start giving it parts? How do I start it for the first time after rebuild and how quickly do I have to tune it before it sends a valve to meet the piston? It’s getting all the ones I have at once it’s really just an exhaust, cam kit, hp oil pump, wideband and full exhaust + 50 lb gm injectors. Kinda realized I’ve overwhelmed myself for my first tuning venture having so many mods I’ve added

Honestly I don’t even care what power it makes anymore I just want to put it together and see it run lol, please send hate

Edit: it’s a 2000 single cab Silverado 5.3 with 0 engine codes except for vapor purge wiring harness or something along those lines I haven’t gotten to yet

2000 Chevy 1500 Cam & oil pump swap question

Putting a chopacobra and a melling high pressure with new pushrods, springs, and lifters, the whole thing, in a gen 3 lm7. Not putting new heads on or an intake yet so everything else will be stock. My main question is what/if anything else needs replaced when I upgrade the oil pump along while I’m there doing the cam and head. If you care I’m also putting long tubes and fitting up some outlaw fx mufflers no cats. Ordered hp tuners just gonna tune the maf and timing & use closed loop NA daily driver
