Has anyone noticed how the fake wood cement looks really bad? We were sitting at Bin 14 and it looks pocked and cracked and the color is uneven. The Resiliency build in Battery Park looks unbelievably nice and well designed. Also does anyone know where the workers are ??because we only see a few and hardly anything is getting accomplished. Seems like Cruz is ripping off the State and whoever else.
