anyone has tried any of these two? i need your reviews/opinions, it is good for what im gonna pay or there's a option that better than these around that price?

been busy recently to the point na ndi ko na malaro tong psp ko then one day nagdecide ako na i-charge and visit for a while and might download new (to me) games. recently have persona 3 portable and penge ako suggestions niyo ng ibang games. im more on shooter or racing game (might try ridge racer too. im kinda fan of kamata angelus)
