Failed CAF eye test due to high prescription

Hi everyone, I just had my CAF medical and unfortunately I didn’t pass the eye test because I have a high prescription. They told me it’s still being reviewed, so I’m not sure yet whether I’ll be considered medically fit or not.
I’m applying for Dental Technician and I was wondering if anyone knows whether the vision requirements are different depending on the trade.
Is there a chance I could still be considered for Dental Technician even though I didn’t meet the vision requirement during the initial eye test? Has anyone been in a similar situation, especially for a Health Services trade?
I know the final decision is up to CAF Medical, but I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through something similar. Thank you!

What did you do to prepare for BMQ while waiting for your CAF application?

Hey everyone! I’m currently waiting for my CAF application to finish processing, and I’m hoping to prepare myself for BMQ while I wait.

For those who went through the same thing, what did you do during the waiting period? Did you follow a specific workout program, work on running/push-ups/sit-ups, improve your nutrition, or prepare mentally for BMQ?

Cuz tbh I didn’t start anything yet

I’d also love to hear what you wish you had started doing before BMQ that would’ve made things easier once you got there.
Any advice, routines, or resources would be greatly appreciated!
