Working cleaning job while having severe eczema on hands?

Hey all, I'm very uneducated on eczema (despite having it since I was a child). I've only been at this cleaning job a few days, but my hands are flaring up terribly to the point they are bleeding. I quite need a job, so I feel pressured to keep at it. I'm drinking plenty of water and using my cream every few hours, which normally helps, but it still is insanely irritated. Thank you all!

Mom (40F) keeps yelling at me (19F) and my partner (19NB)

(I don't post often if at all, so I hope I format this alright.)

My mother (40F) has been getting more and more agitated and upset with me (19F) and my partner (19NB). It's gotten to the point where she slams doors, makes messes, and yells/complains at/to me. I am used to all of this, but since my partner moved in about 3 months ago, it's only gotten worse. While I do not have a job anymore, I am in college full-time, and my partner is working 2 jobs right now.

I figure it's important to note what me and my partner normally do around the house. Dishes, house laundry, take care of dogs, clean the bathroom, vacuum the rugs, mow the lawn (my mom does the front lawn when she feels like it), and much, much more I can't think of right now. Unless me or my partner do it, the dishes stack up so high, the floors will never get swept, the kitchen will never get cleaned, the bathroom sink will be absolutely disgusting, etc. She has some health problems that don't necessarily stop her from working or anything, but can be draining for her. She also has a longer commute to work than she'd like. Also important to note- Since I'm not working right now, I'm not paying any bills.

The other night, she came home when me and my partner were napping. After my nap I figured I'd do the chores around the house (dishes, take the trash/recycling out, etc.) I wake to up to her slamming the door when walking in and yelling. Instantly jolt up and see what's happening. She's knocked over stuff in the bathroom, yelling in the kitchen about how she gets no help around the house, and a bunch of other things. Then, she starts yelling at my partner. And while I don't retaliate, I walk out of my room and close the door to make sure they do not get yelled at. At this point, I'm pretty livid. I just wait for her to finish her rant and walk away before talking to my partner.

I guess my point is, should I just stay here? Should we try to move out? I'm not sure what to do in this situation. My dogs are quite old and are the only reason I've been in this house for this long. Previously she told me I wouldn't get the house or keep my car (both in her name) about 3 years ago, and she leveraged it above my head again today. I just am not sure what my best course of action is. Her getting upset at my partner still just has me insanely irritated.

TL;DR My mother has always yelled at me about chores and helping her, but moved to also yelling at my partner. What's the best course of action?
