Got my brakes and rotors replaced at a shop, and my car had been shaking after. Turns out, one of the new workers didn’t torque it properly when putting the toes back on, so they fixed it. However, it’s been shaking a lot again shortly after, and today I see my tire like this. What is this, and can it be fixed? Sorry if this is a dumb question, I’m not as educated as I should be on this stuff. Thanks!
