I have 7 spd in total from relics yet Ashveil still goes over 134 SPD even without the ampho planar activated yet

Running Ashveil at base speed is optimal but this is just a very nice bonus

2 turns in the first Moc cycle, 4 turns in an Anomaly 0-cycle. This is not even including Robin's advance.

A permanent 20% SPD on a lc is kinda crazy

I feel like this team is already really solid in ST and becomes stupidly broken in AoE

Only investment I have is Bina's Weapon and without it, the damage drop can be pretty big

I can get 147K with sig and 120K on Widsith instead. both two minute long rotations.

Yeah, there is the elephant called Lauma's C1 but I never really felt like it was necessary when you can clear fast enough anyway. Plus, you can just get a heal buff in Abyss if needed (who actually requires those buffs) and you reset in Stygian constantly anyway to improve your rotations.

I've only just recently got C1 while trying to C2 Lauma (and failed) but I cleared every Abyss and Stygian with Bina + Nilou without it anyway and can confirm it didn't feel as bad as some people make it out to be.

I wanted to make this post because people think getting a new stacking machine with buffs will suddenly make all her issues go away.

And no, the second erudition trace is obvious so I won't be talking about that. It's not even the most egregious thing in her kit. Yapping starts now.

Besides just wanting to get enough energy for her ult consistently, she has a built-in internal cooldown called interpretation. It builds up and stops at 42 and that's it, but why is that bad?

Let's say Herta miraculously gets a new sub-dps that provides her with sufficient energy and stacks by hitting a million times per AV. The interpretation stacks become locked and suddenly, a part of her kit becomes meaningless with it's only feature being to gimp Herta's potential damage.

Herta's glaring issues is why people suggest that her sub-dps should summon fake enemies but this doesn't fix her issues but instead puts a band-aid on it. Again, interpretation is still AV locked.

Acheron asks for debuffs on enemies to spam her ult. No limits here. Feixiao asks for Fua's to spam her ult. Again, no limits here. Herta asks for frequent AoE hits to build stacks and charge her ult. One limit here and an extra issue I'll talk about now.

Fixing Herta's downtime issues with better energy regen through frequent hits from a sub won't synergize with her vertical investment. Mainly her E2. More energy is always a good thing but at E2, you already don't normal skill often and more energy means that there will eventually be a point where it's unnecessary.

TLDR:

Herta's own issues is just as relevant as her poor sub-dps options. Hoyo decided to make interpretation AV Locked so a potential future spamming machine sub-dps would only reach that cap faster turning excess stack generation into a worthless mechanic that gimps her. The more energy regeneration she gets, the less valuable her E2 becomes. Abysmal stacking and energy regen at lower targets. Mediocre multipliers that were made in mind with the interpretation mechanic so they're outdated.

Having fake enemies is only a band-aid and doesn't make her interpretation mechanic any less AV locked

Some of the points I made right now weren't even mentioned in the post and I can't be bothered naming even more problems but they are definitely there. Conclusion: She's so cooked and if somehow, in your ignorance, if you ever pretend she isn't, we'll just get another sub-dps that runs better as main carry instead of just getting a much needed novaflare.
