What is the best milk option nutrition/health wise? Diary(whole/2%), coconut, oat, almond, or cashew? Looking for the best option for my lattes

I am trying to be more health conscious. When I’m at home, I use Trader Joe’s organic coconut milk from the can. It appears to be straight coconut milk. I’ve noticed most everything else including to already refrigerated dairy alternatives have all kind of things added. I also don’t know a lot of dairy is good for your gut. So I’m trying to make changes. What would be best to order for my latte while I’m out and about?
