Ideally the intelligent banknote neutralisation system (IBNS) put into a fake package to play with neighbourhood porch thieves would make my day. But alas the IBNS has explosive.
Could anyone please recommend projects to really play with these thieves?

I volunteered for a losing candidate during the 1990 Ontario election. Other than Peterson's arrogance, Rae won on ONDP's public auto Insurance pitch.
Young men are not looking at the NDP. At the same time their auto Insurance premiums are sky high. With all the new technologies AND cracking down on physiotherapy and other frauds it is feasible to stand up a public auto insurance agency and keep premiums low for everyone. Compared to 1991 the number of insurance employees who are still in-country are likely very low, and if we re-shore these jobs it could be huge win in reducing youth employment.
This is an idea that still makes sense 35 years later. I hope Stiles and co can consider it.

Could someone please tell me how to make them at home? Do I need to deep freeze the ice cream first? How do you keep the ice cream from melting right away? Could potatoes ricer press work or is there a special presser?
