Did Cable Crunches for the first time, is my form correct?

I could feel them working my upper abs pretty hard but idk if my form is good or needs improvement.

Morning erections ruining sleep recovery?

I have started going to the gym regularly for the past 2 months, and I am following proper diet alongside (don't wanna lose any gains). But the problem is everyday I wake up before completing my 8 hours of sleep because of erection. I find it a little uncomfortable and no matter what I try I just can't get back to sleep; and it stays like that for a long time until my body is almost awake. Has anyone dealt with something like this before??

Ps: don't recommend taking the matters in my own hands as its happening every day.
