The newly formed IFBB Canada will hold its first bodybuilding and fitness competition in Trois-Rivières on November 22 as part of the André Maillé Classique series. It's been more than 20 years since the area last hosted a bodybuilding show.
I’m in Montreal and fairly new to Sikhi. I’ve been learning on my own, visiting Gurdwaras, asking questions and trying to understand the faith more seriously.
What I’m missing now is some real-life connection.
I’d like to meet a few Sikh people locally, ideally for coffee, conversation, maybe attending a Gurdwara together occasionally, and just getting to know people in the community.
I’m not looking for formal teaching or anything complicated. Just genuine friendship and the chance to learn naturally from people who are part of the community.
I’m closer to Park Ex, but I can get around Montreal.
If that sounds like something you’d be open to, feel free to DM me.

I find this especially powerful in how simply it connects the spiritual life with the natural world around us.
