I need help at this point

I have been looking for a job for months now, and it feels like I'm applying into an abyss where my resume goes to die. Got very few call backs and even when those go very well, I ace the assessments and interviews, I still don't hear back.

I have 7+ years of administrative and operations experience across multiple industries including startups, retails, education and non-profits. I have a BA in English and a diploma in business management and I speak English, French and Arabic.

I started applying to jobs that would actually advance my career such as operations manager, operations lead, senior administrative roles...etc, but then worked my way down to entry level jobs such as bilingual customer service and sales.

Like I said, I had some call backs, I did some assessments, I had excellent results for a French assessment (54 wpm with 100% accuracy, 90%+ on several language skills) and a general skill assessment (95th percentile in time management, 90th percentile in Communication and 87th percentile in problem solving)

It's still been hard to find a job, so I'm trying to post here, if anyone is hiring for someone to handle the admin aspect of things, operations, or looking for a multilingual sales or customer service professional, DM me and I can share my CV
