Out of no where my 24 GHHL (50K miles) just goes crazy like this and the output driving power drops to 1/4 of normal power. Almost as if I was driving on 3 cylinders. I was able to keep it going fine and limp it to my dealership. The initial diagnosis is that hybrid battery cells and malfunctioning. They aren’t a 100% sure so they gave me a loaner car and a certified hybrid batter tech is driving in on Monday with replacement parts including a full replacement battery. It’s all under warrantee so I’m not worried. Just sharing the malfunction notifications.

I went to southern Oregon and went on a small hike. When I came back to the campground I saw this butterfly in the distance so I ran over with my phone to snap a pic and got lucky it didn’t fly away. I didn’t see another one the entire week I was there. I believe it’s a Parnassian (Parnassius smintheus).
