[NA] EST - 15k+ LF 2 to play as team

Starting with premier as a 5 stack - looking to see how high we can climb. Then FACEIT and take from there.

We're all around 16k. Other two are 1K hours + I only have ~130 hours - so sky's the limit with more gameplay.

We are EST and play mostly after work and on weekends. We all have lives and are not strict if you can't play sometimes (for example I'm going on a golf trip this weekend). We're looking for chill vibes and good cohesion before we start taking things to the next level of seriousness.

Don't rage - take a joke - looking to grow together. First goal is all to 20k - think it's very doable since we started this about a month ago and have hit 16-18k

New to Game - question on PUGs

New to the game - about 100 hours in (also wtf I was 60 hours in before I even unlocked premier that was brutal). Currently around 13k. PUGs seem like T side there's literally no coordination. It's basically we're going here and we just either win the gun fight or not.

What can I learn to turn those tides in my teams favor? Is it just learning smokes? Trying to IGL and coordinate a flash for teammates to swing? Stick by my teammates hip to ensure we atleast get a trade?

Specifically having trouble with Mirage but this seems to be common theme on all maps

Diagnosed Last Week - quick question

I'm currently in a "flare up" and I was trying foods to see what could cause things to get worse. I ate 3 cashews and it knocked me out for the day basically today. However, the weird thing is I've ate cashews a million times before without getting sick.

So my question is.... do certain foods only make us sick when we are mid flare up? Or is it a full time thing now

Side question: how long are these flare ups? I'm going on like 3 weeks right now. (My first one which caused me to get all this stuff figured out lasted a month - after that month I could eat whatever the hell I wanted though)
