Those who are working through Alma, I’m sure you received the email starting July 15th in the U.S. extended sessions (53 mins plus) will be reimbursed same rate as a 90834(37-52 mins) I hate this so fucking much. I’m just sad. Watching the mental healthcare industry and how it’s burning at all times. This country is in crisis. Clients suffer. You commodify every way you can insurance companies. Come after us - low paid, struggling as it is. I don’t see why people even strive for this career path anymore. I will make more as a bartender without student loans. Please fill out your surveys. My client is chronically late and violates time boundaries by staying longer cutting into next session. She doesn’t adhere to anything she originally came for and just spends session talking about need to get better. I tried gentle challenge but I am nervous she gets angry quickly and defends everything she does. What has been the most confrontational thing you e ever done in session? It would make me feel better to hear the success and maybe even failures therapists have faced. Thank you !

Was prescribed this today. Told to begin at 25 mgs to overtime increase 50mgs most days. And increase to 100 on pms days. Anyone have any experience?
