My husband and I started working with Alex back in Fall 2025 to start planning our honeymoon. We landed on splitting our time between Four Seasons Wailea and Four Seasons Lanai.

Both resorts were GREAT. We booked an Ocean View room at Four Seasons Wailea for 5 nights, and were upgraded to a Deluxe Ocean View room. We were in a private area that overlooked a small putting green. Service was absolutely impeccable, and everyone was super friendly. Everything from the food, to the bar tenders, to the additional special touches (room amenities, poolside sunglass cleaning, frozen aloe cubes at the end of the day, etc.) made it really hard to leave.

We left for Lanai via Ferry, and continued our Honeymoon at Four Seasons Lanai beach resort. I really didn't think it could get any better until we arrived. We booked an Ocean View room, and were upgraded to the Ohana Ocean View Suite (which is a multi level upgrade, Room 2231!) our jaws hit the floor when we walked in..... I don't know how Alex did it, but the room was absolutely AMAZING!! The room had 2 full bathrooms which was also super nice since my husband was getting up a lot earlier than I was! Additionally, we had Champagne and Chocolate covered strawberries waiting for us when we arrived back from dinner. I didn't think service could get better than Wailea, but it somehow did. A little less in your face, but more intentional and personalized (which goes with the theme of the resort). We did the snorkel tour through the hotel, spa, The Observatory (highly recommend), and spent a day at Sensei and Lana'i City! For all the golfers, my husband said the golf course was world class!
