Basement Living - Backyard Bunker

I rarely build in a pre-war style, but for this bunker I really wanted it to look like it was all set up pre-war, maybe visited every few months and just never used after the bombs fell. The only other thing to mention is the stained glass Nuka-Cola lamp. I'd buy one in real life if I could. Thanks for checking it out. Feedback welcome.

Basement Living - Cellar Workshop

This is the cellar workshop from the mod Basement Living. Sometimes it's nice to have a small space to work with instead of having an entire settlement layout to plan along with decorating interiors. I can normally knock one out in one sitting instead of it taking a few days for a larger settlement. Thanks for checking it out. Feedback welcome.

Egret Tours Marina Brotherhood Water Distribution

Here's my Egret Tours Marina. It's built up as a second military base and purified water producer for the Brotherhood. There are other facilities - a bar, bunk room, clinic, etc. - but the main point of the settlement is keeping the BoS supplied with purified water.

Honestly, the real main point of the settlement is that I just wanted to use the BoS wall building set and Tumbajamba's BoS armor and it kind of went from there. Thanks for checking it out; hope you liked it! Feedback welcome.

I've tried to work this treehouse into numerous settlements, but it always ends up being too big and dominating, so I thought I would build it out in Murkwater Construction by itself and ended up really liking it.

It fully supports two settlers as a remote base with food, water, turret defense, a workshop, and separate living quarters. I am especially happy with how the top down / cross-section shots look. It's hard to get a real idea of the layout without them because everything is so tight and all the walls look the same. I hoped to fix that with those and I feel it worked out well.

I hope you enjoyed it. As always, feedback welcome.
