I was asked about interviewing for a management position at my new job after only 3 1/2 months on the floor. I’m a solid server, very agreeable, on time, good work ethic, etc. I have no experience prior. Could I have some real advice to try to be the best manager I can be? Interview tips would be so appreciated as I will be talking to the district manager soon, thank you to anyone who responds!
