Need help setting up gear for live mobile events..

So I have a flx4, Allen and heath zed 6 mixer, dbx go rack and two exoton s1503s

How would the chain of command go setting those up for the best sound/ease of use

I’d have to go flx 4 - rca - TS to mixer and I know I’ll need xlr cables out of the mixer
And into the speakers but where does the dbx go rack fit and what cords are needed for the ins. Looks
Like 1/4?

Budget PA system for live events?

I have a flx4 and looking to branch out and do some small to medium sized events. Parties, small bars/clubs, maybe even weddings.

My budget is like $1200 and want something that’s decent and will sound good and hold up for a few years.

I’m also looking at a small Yamaha mixer and I’ll probably need a sub.

Different speakers I’m looking at ALTO series(I hear they have problems occasionally when pushed)
Harbinger
Presonus Air
Yamaha

Any recommendations and what you would choose? Flx4 has rca outputs so probably need to go RCA to TS in to the mixer? I’m pretty new to the live sound setup!

Don’t kill me in the comments ;)

Speaker setup recommendations

I have a flx4 obviously the rca outputs put me in a little bit of a bind when it comes to live. I have a budget of about $1500.

I’m looking at a pair peavey speakers and sub or possibly column arrays.

What say you? Events would be indoor with about 10-250 people and possibly outdoor as well.

What would the set up be with the rca outputs?

Any recommendations?

Rekordbox songs do not have right BPM

The bpm is all over the place. I bought a bunch of “hits” and the cure- boys don’t cry is at 85 bpm. Almost all songs are wrong. I re analyzed everything like 3 times. There over 150 songs that could possibly be wrong…

How do you guys make 70s, 80, and 90s mixes sound good?

Been mostly practicing with dance mixes due to Jak Bradley’s classes. I’m only about halfway through and wanted to play around with some other songs but it just sounds off to me. Any tips?

Hey all, I have some knowledge of abelton and play guitar, drums, synth/keyboard a bit. I know dj is a little different.

Wanting to do kind of a side business venture and for fun obviously, maybe do some bars/parties down the line.

What do I need to get started besides a controller?

Budget is about $500

Where do you guys get your music from?? Like actually licensed music/songs.. I have a bunch of vinyl that I collect but not really want to use those.

Any videos that you recommend, or pointers for starting out? Thanks!
