Rolling over HSA from HSA bank to fidelity and investing.

I’m new to investing overall and a little confused when I went to open a self directed HSA in Fidelity. From what I understand, I can choose what I want to invest in. When I went to open the account, It says I’m agreeing to Fidelity investing my funds into FDRXX. I’ve tried researching what that is exactly but honestly still pretty lost. I have $6k I’m wanting to start investing in my HSA but want to choose the ETFs myself. I went back and checked that I did not accidentally choose Go HSA.

Roth IRAs for kids

After researching custodial Roth IRA‘s for my kids, I’m even more confused. Some things that I’m reading are saying that they need to be making taxable income so that the money goes in already taxed. However, other things that I’m reading say that they can contribute from other types of side gigs, such as babysitting, dog walking, and mowing the lawn. Those types of income are not taxable as they are earning money from neighbors. So can they still contribute that money to a Roth IRA?

How to invest funds?

I funded my first IRA Roth account with $10 to familiarize myself with the process. I went to trade, but it says that my account is not authorized for options. Am I doing something wrong?
