Anyone have sciatic flare with an arthritic knee?
The special fun times combo! I'm having a flare and I have these maybe every 10 months or so and it's rough for like at least a week - sometimes up to a month. The extra fun new wrinkle now that I'm 46 is I also have arthritis in my knee on the same side. So even though the pain is radiating from my lower back into my feet, I also have the knee acting up and primarily being really stiff so it makes movement hard. Just wondering if anyone has this specific combo and if they have found tips for alleviating it?
