My siblings and I inherited a house from my mother to be divided by 4. The house is 4 bed 3 bath 2 acres of land with a 2 bed mobile home and a gigantic block building. One of my sisters moved into the house in February 2025 saying she was going to buy it it’s been almost 2 years and they call and tell me to go by the lawyers office and sign the papers, I went Monday. She is trying to buy the house for 100k the house is valued at 220k. My2 other siblings have signed I haven’t talked to my 2 sisters in 2 years and now they are mad at me. I feel like if my mom would have wanted one of us to have the house she would have left it to that one. AITAH??

My sister is the executer of my mom’s estate, it is four of us and the estates to be divided between us equally. My sisters and I haven’t spoken since Aug 2024 I’ve gotten no updates on the estate and the locks were changed in September 2024 and I have no keys to the property. One of my other sisters is living in the property and is supposed to be buying it, but as I’ve said I haven’t gotten any updates or information about the property just what I’ve heard from another family member. My mother and I were very close she was my best friend and we were together all the time.
Should I sue my sister? What would you do? What kind of lawyer would I need?
