Is this prop wash, operator error or just not something a cinewhoop of this power should not be able to do? or is it just cinewhoop things? Or am I just a cabbage and I need more practice, happens me quite regularly when attempting a shot/dive like this? Wasn't arsed trimming the rest, happens in first 10 secs

My friend was selling his house so I took the opportunity to offer this to the estate agents with the hope of getting some work out of it. It helped sell the house very quickly so it wasnt a waste of time, estate agents were very happy and said they'd be in contact for some work, only two weeks ago but heard nothing since. Anyways here it is, was my first go at this kind of thing. Its a compressed version from WhatsApp. I fucked up the bedroom a bit. Its all the same speed, as flown. No speeding up or slowing down.
Just testing out ND filters and 60 shutter speed for some motion blur, also using basic sound fx from FCP, something I wanna get into and get better at. Any one have any recommendations fro a sfx pack thats better than the fcp basics? I'm aware the "whoosh" is a bit shit, If I had a better one I'd use ot, maybe its all too loud! I'll figure it out eventually. I might actually just use my osmo pocket 4 and mic and record some actual ambient sounds in my next location/flight to add a more natural element to it. Certainly need a better whoosh or passing sound for sure.
Still learning M mode on the Avata 2, getting random chances to try follow stuff, think I'm improving, just need to keep it up now and find more people to chase!
My first time trying to follow anything, shot in the wrong mode with stabilisation off, was hoping to use gyroflow but it didnt export a file or info to use, so I must do some more digging and get that right, would have made it a bit better, was surprisingly hard to try cruise slow and follow the car, easier to spin around like a maniac for some reason! Would appreciate any help. Deffo gonna FCC her too. Any tips of advice or recommendations would be appreciated.
