Looking for a new reliable truck...

So i am currently looking for a new car and have decided to get a midsize truck. Im coming from my first car ( 2015 Camaro RS) that i have drove daily since i got it. Im looking for a couple things 1. Reliable 2. Something that i can get in and go in. 3. Good gas mileage Mostly. I have narrowed it down to a couple trucks and im curious to hear some feedback on these on what you guys think.

  1. Ford Maverick- "Its not a body on frame." Shut up I dont care. This is the most affordable one and all around best choice for me. I drive about 35 miles round trip to work daily so the 40-45 mpg combined will be nice on my wallet given these gas prices. The Maverick can tow what i need it to tow when or if i ever need to tow anything and the bed should be big enough for me to put what i need to put in it. The interior is basic enough, a very much so company car aesthetic but has a good info screen more than enough for me. Im looking at the xlt hybrid around 33-35k. This is the only one i have test drove and was pretty impressed with. The only issue with this one is if i do go with the maverick it is a Ford and from my personal experience Ford has never been the most reliable brand. Growing up people always use to say buy a Chevy bc a Ford will always be in the shop. That and it also being a hybrid how will the hybrid system hold up in 10-15 years outside of the warranty on said system. I need this truck to last well over 100k miles and be able to handle a couple road trips with no hassle.

-Pros: Price, checks every box wants and needs wise

-Cons: Reliability concerns

  1. GMC Canyon- Middle Range option. Looking at the Elevation trim (40-43k) which looks really good. GMC and Chevrolet are both under the same company and i have had no mechanical or electrical issues with my Chevy Camaro in the 11 years i have owned it. Outside of the AC going out around 65-75k miles which i was quoted 3k to fix, and a clogged sunroof drain causing water to leak into the trunk. So while I have not had issues with reliability with my car i have had numerous negative experiences with the chevy dealership i got the car from when doing maintenance. That being said i am willing to compromise going with a GM product as i am going to do majority of the maintenance myself with this truck outside of mechanical or electrical. Plus MPG are a little worse than my Camaro I think they are 19/22 if i am not mistaken. But again im not struggling to pay for gas so im willing to compromise on spending more to have something i like more aesthetically.

-Pros: reliability credit, feels more like a truck, looks nicer

-Cons: More expensive, Gm product, bad MPG

  1. Toyota Tacoma- Most expensive option. This has been THE mid size truck i have wanted for the longest time. Looking at the TRD Sport trim with the 14inch screen in it. Prices i believe are around 47-50k. This was the truck i told myself i was going to get when it came time to getting a new car. I have heard nothing but great things about how reliable this truck is as well as most any toyota products so that is a big sell for me. If it is any truck i believe will and can last 15 years with constant daily use its this one. Only problem is the price is insane for these and almost hard to justify paying almost 15k more over the Ford Maverick. I believe these look the best exterior wise but also the most hideous on the inside. So i almost feel like I want this truck mostly for the reliability and status that comes along with owning a Tacoma. Plus I would want to customise it and put huge tires on it and make it look like all those super offroady trucks people post all over social media. But i dont really know if i want to pour the money into an already expensive truck just to make it look the way i want it too. Plus MPG are just as bad as the Canyons so theres that.

-Pros- Dream truck, looks the best, SUPER reliable.

-Cons- Expensive, hideous interior, bad MPG

So im curious if you could afford any of these trucks which would you go with and what do you guys think is the best truck for me.
