*Sound on for video* My husband purchased the Roland FRP Nuvola digital piano from Costco online (sale) over the weekend and set it up last night. Nice that everything came pre-assembled but very unfortunate to find that the keyboard is a dud. As you can see/hear in the posted video, I tested various buttons to try the keys but no sound. But when I pressed the button for preset tunes, it plays. So the speakers are working. Seems like there is a contact issue with the keys. Did anyone have a problem like this or were you able to power on and play like normal? He ordered another one to see if the keyboard works so I can swap it. Pretty disappointed in having this problem.
