Hey everyone,
I'm posting here because I'm gay and was hoping to reach out to my community for a little help.
I'm a new grad RN, and I've been applying for jobs all over the Toronto/GTA for the past 3 months. I've applied to what feels like every hospital posting I can find, but I still haven't been able to get my foot in the door.
It's starting to feel really discouraging, and I'm wondering if anyone has any advice, knows of hospitals hiring new grads, or has seen any postings I might have missed. If anyone works at a hospital and would be willing to refer me, I'd be beyond grateful.
