I just learned that diet Coke was came about in 1982, I thought it had been around for longer than that.

According to, Wikipedia Tab was made by Coca-Cola and that was the diet drink they had prior to diet Coke. I remember my mom used to buy Tab and it tasted really intense I can't describe it if diet Coke has a bite this thing had a way more intense bight, I recall the carbonation being really intense and the artificial sweetener flavor being almost bitter.

Does anyone else remember this and do they care to reminisce about what it was like?

Some Target stores in my area have been showing "limited stock" of lime diet coke if you check the app. The target app will show what stores have it, but it won't let you order it for pickup or delivery

I scored 6 of these with a buy 3 get 30% off deal by going into the Colma store today.

I bought the last ones at the Serramonte store last week, but today it's saying 7 in stock. Maybe they are getting limited stock and leaking it to the public a little at a time?
