First time booking all inclusive, question on rates.
This is Hilton, Cancun rates. Some of the rates specifically state all- inclusive, and mentions it in the rate details. Is the "honors early book offer" all inclusive? It's not mentioned in the rate details... and the price is way different.
Appreciate any help. In addition an recommendations on private transfers? Looking at happy shuttle cancun.
