Any cheap ways to mask up these damages ?

Again with the glitchy screen..

So when i go to “some” apps like universal DB the screen lines dissapear, but when i go back to the main menu they appear again, so maybe it could be a software issue ?

Problem on the 3ds top screen

Does anyone what causes those lines, sometimes they disappear, sometimes theyre brighter and sometimes theyre fainter, and also does anyone know how to fix it
