If im aiming for playing mainly og 3ds and ds games (if i had a new i would play mc and BoI:R aswell), 3d only at home and wanting the best thing for the smallest price?

Why won't my 3DS let me play Sonic 1?
I've tried everything, but no matter what I do, the 3DS won't accept the cartridge, it feels almost like the cartridge won't fit sometimes.

New 3DS or 3DS XL
I am torned between getting the New 3DS (and then get the Pikachu faceplates) or the 3DS XL Pikachu edition.
Can anyone help me decide and maybe recommend or let me know the PROs and CONs of getting either?
Maybe aside from their size, because I kindly like the New 3DS size, small and easy to put in the bag, but I also like the 3DS XL which has a bigger screen.

Game crashing?
So i Bought pokemon alpha sapphire and i went to play it and this error pops up, ive tried multiple things to fix it, Clean the game, get a new SD card, let the game sit in the console for an hour, I’ve tried almost everything, has anyone else had this problem and know if there is a fix?

i'm going to throw up. almost $700??
how, just HOW has it come to this!!! i'm so confused as to how this person has it listed for almost $700? this is a plain black N3DSXL, not a special edition of any kind. and it's not like the IPS screens are THAT expensive. the second image is of a bunch of sold listings for N3DSXLs with IPS top screens. none are over $400, and all sold in the last 2 days.
this listing is in 8 carts. i'm just trying to understand. it can't be resellers, there's no way you'd buy one for almost double the usual price. this listing came up first when i searched "3DS microphone" but doesn't show when i search N3DSXL, so i don't know what keywords they're using. why are 8 people thinking about dropping that much money on this console? is this a hype train thing? am i out of the loop? are people just... not researching how much a 3DS costs? and resellers are taking advantage of that?
idk dude. i want an XL because i've got vision issues and the O3DS is a bit hard for me to use. it just sucks that they're so inaccessible.

Nintendo 2DS Pikachu Edition
Another one of my Pikachu edition console collection. This is the Japanese variant. There is also an EU Variant, I think? Correct me if I’m wrong.
Got this around 2018 or 2019, maybe... The box condition isn’t so good anymore, but the console is in perfect condition. 💛⚡️
