Surface Pro 7+ stuck on Boot Logo

My SP7+ was drained of battery overnight by accidentally being left on and not plugged in.

I charged it, but it cannot get past the surface logo at boot.

I can't even get into the UEFI. I even tried booting a Windows Recovery USB to no avail.

Is it fried?

Is there anything I may not have tried yet?

Should I sell or keep my Stanley No. 2 (New Britain Connecticut) handplane or keep it?

It's in great shape with good totes and cuts cleanly. I just always reach for a 3 or 4 when working.
