I just realized the other day that I've never seen anyone on Bobs Burgers drink soda. The only time ive really seen any soda was the episode where Gene was learning baseball and the trainer took them to the hotel and they beat up a soda machine. I dont see the kids drink sodas at dinner and the restaurant only has water and coffee. Idk, its just something I thought odd, for a restaurant not to have a soda machine. Im not sure if its intentional or if there's a reason for it.

Library West is hiring for students workers that have FEDERAL WORK STUDY FOR SUMMER 2026. If you are an incoming Freshman for Fall, you will not be considered as they need federal workstudy to cover the expenses , because UF enjoys fucking budgets and having one worker do 10 people's jobs instead of paying for more employees.

Anyways... if you're taking classes over the summer and have work study in your financial aid page, you're free to apply. It's in Library West Collections Services essentially reshelving books and dusting shelves. It's a very monotonous job and not super social, except for the occasional student needing help looking for a book or the bathrooms, but youre allowed to listen to music with headphones so you dont lose your mind.

If hired, the opportunity is open to stay in the student position going into the Fall semester as well. You won't be fired immediately when Summer ends, unless you're a horrendous employee.
