Running & C2 on the same day. What's the best routine?

Hi all. I (30f) started running earlier this year. I work remotely & I'm working on my dissertation, so I'm at my desk 10+ hours most days & needed something to get me moving.

I used to do a lot of yoga, but running is what's helped me decompress after work & lose most of the weight I'd been carrying the past two years (lost 18lb so far!). I'm up to 3-4 miles most days now, but started getting bored with it. I started going to C2 recently & I can tell my joints really need it. I really enjoy it, but I'm trying to figure out the best way to run & do a C2 class the same day.

Yesterday I tried to run last night after C2 & got dizzy half a mile in, so I stopped. It's been really hot here in NC & I think I just didn't hydrate enough between the two? I did have a small meal in between.

For those who do both, I'd love to hear what works. Do you run before or after C2, & how much time do you leave in between? Do you pair a short run + C2 instead of a long run? I'm also curious what people eat between sessions, if anything, & how you handle hydration & electrolytes given how hot C2 gets!

Just trying to find something that doesn't leave me burnt out or dizzy. If you think its not possible or a bad idea, would totally love to know that too! Thanks!
