I'll be travelling to Romania late next week from Australia. Its winter here. Ive been trying to keep an eye on the weather there so I know what to pack. A few days ago I saw a post saying it was 46°, then a day or two later it was flooding.
Are the weather reports I'm seeing correct? Is the weather really that crazy at the moment?
Im in Australia - its Thursday - Im hoping its Thursday wherever the mods are.

I have small dog silky terrier x shi tzu. She is 8 years old, a rescue. She was quite a mess when seized, as you would imagine, along with everything else her coat was a mess. By the time we adopted her she was kept very short. Shes very timid and anxious as you would expect.

Its her first winter with us and she is always cold. The hair she has is very thin (not thick like my father's shi tzu) and has grown about an inch long in 2-3 months. We have gotten her warm bedding and jumpers including some cosy pjs she absolutely loves. We've also let her hair grow (just getting her face and feet trimmed) for warmth. I brush her regularly.

Ive noticed that as her hair is growing shes getting more and more knots. When i remove her pjs shes knotty in the morning when I'm brilushing her. Its getting worse so that I've had to start cutting a few knots out. She seems very upset although I'm doing everything not to hurt her.

Do you have any advice about if its better to give up the jumpers altogether and let her hair grow or get her cut short again and keep the jumpers for warmth?

I purchased parts for my machine from the maxi sew website. They took the money and emailed confirmation the order was recieved. Thats it. Nothing else, no shipping info. Ordered may 6. Their website seems to be a scramble now. Ive emailed them and hoping for a response soon.
Anyone had experience with them or did I get scammed?
