So my district manager pulled me to the office and told me they love my work and want to see me succeed. I’m ROI so she asked me to transfer to a store that’s much farther away than the one that I’m at of course it comes with a pay raise but not a promotion that I was looking for but if I still take this do you think there will be a promotion for me down the road?
