left without notice due to mental health decline
hi all!
i worked at a store from 2023-2025 and that was perfectly fine i did find another job and gave my two weeks, after a few months of that new job it ended up falling through, and during that time a new store opened to i applied and got the job at that store, two months later, my mental health declined a bit due to home issues and workplace issues at that store, so i just left and which i know i should’ve given my notice but i didn’t.
i want to apply back at the first store bc finding a job lately is hard and i need money to live, but im guessing im on the “do not hire list” due to me leaving with just texting the restaurant manager im just wondering if i were to speak to the restaurant manager at the first store if i could explain my situation and maybe have a chance at an interview since i haven’t even gotten the chance for one.
all stores in my area are owned by the same franchise so it is hard to just go to another mcdonald’s since the nearest one is a two hour drive, just wondering if any of you had any advise thank you in advance!
