I think my tattoo artist killed it. 😭💔👽

Foster puppy was carrying around playing with it. I thought it was a pine cone. Glad he dropped it before coming in the house. I went to toss it off the deck and saw it was NOT a pinecone. Yuck. Botfly larvae? In Midwest Wisconsin.

Looking for ideas on this weird area on the back of arm. When relax my arm the chubby part of the arm does fold over a bit. So just want something that will not look super distorted or weird.
