Should I actually disclose my ADHD to an already admitted Uni?

So I just recently got diagnosed with ADHD and are currently trying medication right after I got my UPU and I’m currently pondering over this borang kemasukan pelajar from the Uni on the health section.

I’ve never needed to fill this with anything so I don’t what implication it will brings if I actually disclose a “kecacatan”.

Can they suddenly pull my admission? What differs if I did disclose it compares to if I didn’t?

What do I do with this kid? Looks like he got high potential but with 10 bravery I kinda doubt he be great at cb

Got this guy from anderlecht through my scout. Got the money for him so I just went and bought him. I kinda do want a centre back but the only way I can see him be effective is in dm or rb.
