iPad tutor now

I've been tutoring high school maths and sciences on my iPad for a couple weeks now. Apple Pencil, a notes app, and a video call. That's it.

No laptop. No Wacom tablet plugged into a MacBook, fighting with drivers and offset calibration. No desk, even, some days. It's opened up where I can actually work. Wherever there's signal.

If you're on the fence about ditching extra gear for an ipad and an apple Pencil setup for teaching or tutoring, do it. It's a smaller stack, and somehow a bigger shift than I expected.

Buying a village stand near Harare (Domboshava/Goromonzi/Seke area). Advice?

Diaspora-based Zimbabwean, looking to buy a rural stand just outside Harare. Not going through family land (estranged from my father, don’t trust that route) — want to deal directly with the village head/RDC instead.
What’s the process with no family plot to work through — approach the chief directly, or start with the RDC waiting list?

Realistic cost for a communal stand right now?

Any pitfalls — informal allocations getting fined, boundary disputes, etc.?

Better to just buy a serviced peri-urban stand instead for cleaner paperwork?

Anyone who’s done this recently, especially outside family channels, appreciate the input.
