Having LoS Problem for days
Currently experiencing loss of connection around 2–3 times a day, and each disconnection lasts almost 3 hours. This started last May 13. At first, I thought my internet got disconnected because of unpaid bills, even though I already paid early on May 5. I even paid again just to make sure the payment went through.
At this point, it has become a huge hassle because of the frequent disconnections without any notice, and I’m now planning to switch to another network provider.
Does anyone know how I can request a refund for my credit balance or extra payment? Also, what internet provider currently has the best and most stable service based on your experience? Any recommendations would be appreciated.
