This is not an isolated case sa lote namin kasi lagi nalang to nangyayari. May two connections kasi sa lote namin ng PLDT, and pag inaayos yung either line sa amin, yung isa ay nawawalan ng internet. Ganun din sa mga natatamaan ng linya namin bago mag lote namin: pag nagpapakabit sila or nagpapaayos, nawawalan kami.

Hindi ko sure kung sinasadya nila yun, kasi kinausap ko naman kanina yung repairman na baka pwedeng i-check na yung amin kasi nag LOS kami nung inayos nila yung kabilang PLDT net. Nakakainis lang na umalis na sila tapos eto ako, nasa 40 minute queue sa Messenger ng PLDT.

Ganito din ba sainyo?

Sobrang sisi ko na nag-avail ako nitong free Always-On promo ng PLDT. Simula kasi nung pinalitan yung modem ko, sunod-sunod na ang problema—laging may problima from LOS, Intermittent, tapos ngayun nagbli-blinking ang PON nang walang LTE signal. Humiling na ako na ibalik yung lumang Huawei modem ko at ipa-cancel ang contract, kaso hindi raw pwede mawaive ang contract kahit mapalitan ng Huawei modem. Grabing free offer to na wala sa hulog 😭
Kaya lesson learned ko hindi pala always maganda ang free offer kay PLDT. 😭

nakalimutan po namin magbayad ng internet dahil sa sobrang busy 😭 pag ba binayarsn namin now babalik net namin or need pa namin to contact yunh pldt para marestore yung connection

Hello, may I ask if we have to pay for the disconnection of our old plan since we avail the new plan po? May isang staff kasi na sabi need daw magbayad ng 500 pesos para sa disconnection. Need po ba magbayad talaga?

Currently experiencing loss of connection around 2–3 times a day, and each disconnection lasts almost 3 hours. This started last May 13. At first, I thought my internet got disconnected because of unpaid bills, even though I already paid early on May 5. I even paid again just to make sure the payment went through.

At this point, it has become a huge hassle because of the frequent disconnections without any notice, and I’m now planning to switch to another network provider.

Does anyone know how I can request a refund for my credit balance or extra payment? Also, what internet provider currently has the best and most stable service based on your experience? Any recommendations would be appreciated.

Anyone here who experienced getting a promo call from PLDT for plan upgrade. Then nung sinabi ko na no need, lagi din nawawalan ng connection. This CS answered me na, ELIGIBLE FOR UPGRADE KAYA GANUN. Like WTH, so you expect us to pay more para maging stable yung connection. Its not about the internet speed its the connection.

Hello! Nakapaglipat na kami sa bagong bahay and dun sa luma naming bahay pinasalo namin yung wifi namin sa bagong may ari - makikita parin ba sa records ni PLDT kung may existing wifi ako though natransfer of ownership na?

Shede kaya? Para lang hindi mabigat sa bayarin. Like sa isang cut off 800 tas sa sunod 800 ulit. Fully paid sya before due date. Mag reflect kaya yun sa system nila?

Hello umm I restarted the internet but after that the connection no longer returned what should I do?

Our original plan was 1699 since 2020. Pero dahil WFH na ako and ang bagal na talaga for us ng connection, nag-upgrade ako to 2099. Wala ako naramdamang change sa net speed. Mas lalo pa ata bumagal. Nag-Ookla ako and 50-70mbps lang ang download. Nakakafrustrate sobra. Itong 2099 plan ba eh for 2 yrs ulit before pwede ipadisconnect ang line namin o pwede na namin terminate yung services ni PLDT? Thank you po sa mga sasagot. If meron po kayong tips on how we can maximize the plan, pls let me know. Ang sabi sa akin ng CS up to 500mbps yung plan pero hindi nga kami pumapalo man lang sa 100mbps.

Balak ko kasi ipa-disconnect yun current plan 1699 na nakapangalan sa kamaganak ko pero they are out of country for nearly two years na, kaya purely ako na nagbabayad ng bill, ang siste wala akong power to check those bills online etc. kasi walang access, ang gusto ko mangyari dahil sa ganitong setup parang gusto ko ipadisconnect nalang at ako na mismo ang magpakabit na nakapangalan sakin at ma allign na din ang speed as of now 300mbps ang max nya pero sa current offer nila from 300mbps 500mbps na siya, any idea what should I do?

Every month nalang e may 3 days to almost 1 week service interruption si pldt dito sa San pablo laguna e no. Wala rin proper resolution na mabigay kse nga daw mga network engineer na daw gumagawa. Nakakainis lng na advance pa kame mag bayad ng internet connection pero ganitong service ung marereceived namin.

i put the ip address of the router that came with my plan (600Mbps with mesh and telephone), even searched the model of the router and still says its unavailable. it also will not work with the mesh. is there a way to access the ip settings of both the mesh and the router without contacting customer service to do it for me?
