It’s s official...after 5/6 hang tight emails... I finally received my official TBNT email this morning. Honestly, it is well with my soul. I am always proud of myself for stepping out and doing something bold. I made it this far and even with United in the spring I made it to the F2F. Did not leave with a CTO but I met some amazing people whom I still keep in touch with. This journey called life I have learned to celebrate the small wins along the way and thankful for the ways I push past comfort and step outside my comfort zone to be fearless. That is how you develop grit, boldness and confidence along the way. For all those who have received the same email or have left a F2F with no CJO....stop today and pat yourself on the back for choosing to be bold, fearless and actually taking a step to achieve your dreams. Something that many people in life are never confident enough to do ❤️😇🙏

I submitted my ODVI this morning and opted out of AI. I didn't know I could have done this for Delta's ODVI. Did anyone else opt out of AI or give consent?

Has anyone else made it to United's F2F and followed the appearance standards to a T, got there early, smiled, was warm and welcoming to everyone, showed personality and confidence, and still got escorted to the elevators?? My entire group was pretty much on point, and we all showed great chemistry with each other, but we all got sent home. We were very confused about what we could have done wrong. Has that happened to anyone else??? I have a naturally bubbly personality and like to laugh, so idk maybe the recruiters didn't like that. Just curious if I am alone
