I have been talking to a therapist.
But still I would like to hear from the crowd.
Growing up I watch lot of movies as a single kid. I think larger than life ideas and tbh, it helped me achieve good things at my workplace too although I'm not in creative industry. It gave my stubbornness, ability to think big, etc.
But now I feel I'm way beyond addiction and basically I don't know my authentic self. For one second, I live like actorA and another second like actorB depending on my mood, circumstances, etc.
How do I get out of this?
