ticket resale

hey guys, as we all know the decade encore is coming up and unfortunately that means the tour is ending (without them comin to europe which im still suuuuuuuuuuper pissed about but ok) and ive seen a lot of people selling tickets on X. i was wondering, ive read that the tickets are like pretty strict, so that it needs to be on your name and that you need to prove ID or else you wont get in, so how does that work? they cant change the name of the ticketholder right? anyone any experience about this and would be able to tell me?

im not going to the decade concert myself, but ive planned a trip to korea upcoming winter to go to their 'the present' concert (which i hope they do bc thats the main reason i planned the trip lol and also bc i have very very little hope theyll visit eu anytime soon). but ive read somewhere that the presale gets sold out quick and unfortunately i do not have the membership,,,, and the general sale is no hope i heard, so thats why i was thinking about resale,,,, if anyone could please tell me more about it i really appreciate it!!!
