need housing for 26-27 school year

hello!! i'm an upcoming 4th year looking for housing for the next school year. i need to move in by september 1st!!! my budget is 875 including utilities, a private room is strongly preferred but i don't mind sharing a bathroom. somewhere close to campus is also strongly preferred (20 minute walk or less) or somewhere easily accessible by bus. an all female house would be nice but i don't mind co-ed ^_^ pls dm if this sounds like something you have available :)

(URGENT) Summer Housing available close to UCR!!

Hello!! I'm subleasing my apartment from June to August this summer. You get your own private bedroom and bathroom, it's super close to UCR (10 minute walk) and has a bunch of amenities like a pool, a gym, study rooms, and more!

It's an all-female unit, and rent is about 1,134 a month, but June is already paid for and the room will be available by June 13th! Can also help with discounts for July and August :)
