Heart-shaped face scrubbers… cute gimmick or actually better than regular silicone ones?

Okay so I keep seeing these heart-shaped face scrubbers everywhere and I can’t tell if I’m being influenced or if they actually serve a purpose 😭
I’ve used the regular round silicone ones before and they were fine, nothing life-changing. But the heart shape keeps popping up on my feed and I’m wondering if there’s any real difference in cleaning or if it’s just easier to hold and more aesthetic for shower routines.
I’m trying to be consistent with skincare but I also don’t want another “cute but useless” tool sitting in my bathroom.
Anyone here actually used it long-term?

Scalp massagers for hair growth legit or just a trend?

I keep seeing those “scalp massager hair growth” tools all over TikTok and Amazon, especially the ones that come in 2 packs. I get how they might help with product buildup or just feeling cleaner, but do they actually help with hair growth or is it more of a scalp health thing? I’ve been dealing with mild thinning and I’m trying to improve my routine without jumping straight into expensive treatments. Curious if anyone has used one consistently and noticed any real difference over time.

Thinking about trying tanning nasal sprays, do they actually work?

Hey all,

I’ve always had really light skin, and it’s pretty hard for me to tan. The only time I notice any change is if I spend a lot of time in the sun, which I usually try to avoid.

Lately I’ve been seeing people talk about tanning nasal sprays, and it got me curious if they actually do anything. I know some people go the injection route, but that’s not something I’m comfortable with. Using needles regularly just seems stressful and a bit risky if you don’t really know what you’re doing.

That’s why the spray option caught my attention. It seems a lot more manageable. I’m not trying to get super tan or anything, just hoping for a bit more color so I don’t look so pale all the time.

If anyone here has tried nasal sprays (or similar alternatives), I’d love to hear your experience. Did you notice any real results?
