Looking for advice
my parents are permanent residents filing an I-130 for me (F2A category). I’m an Algerian citizen currently studying in France with student residence status. I currently live in France, but Algeria is my permanent/home country.
For the consular processing section, should I choose the U.S. embassy in France or Algeria?
and there’s a question asking for the “beneficiary’s address outside of the United States.”
- Should I put: my current address in France, since that’s where I live now as a student, or
my permanent/home address in Algeria?
Has anyone had a similar situation? Which embassy did you use?
